2 Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: our factory is located in Dongguan city of Guangdong province, it will take nearly 20 mins from Shenzhen or Guangzhou by train. Just contact us in advance, we will arrange the trip for you. Welcome to visit us.

4 Q: Can I get samples?
A: Yes. We can send free swatches in 10*15cm, but freight collect or prepaid before sending.

We recently launched Ready-to-ship items, you can easily place order no matter it is sample purchase or bulk order.

5 Q: How long for making color lab dip?
A: For stock lots items we have available color chart for your choice
B: For customized color Please offer your color sample or Pantone NO. Firstly,and it will take around 7-10 days for lab dip making.

6 Q: Do you have stock lots right now?
A: 90% of our fabric are have stock lots in warehouse,you can contact us for specific items we will reply you after double check with our warehouse.

7 Q: What's your biggest advantage of your fabric?
A: We are now running many in-stock items with plenty colors for choices ,which has no limits on order qty and providing very prompt delivery time for some urgent needs.We have design teams to develop new fabric items according to market situation and fashion trends from time to time. Moreover, we have own mill to cooperate with customers with special customs order,executing orders strictly as customer's requirements and control the costs and quality to the best.

8 Q: How about the payment terms?
A: Usually, we accept TT, L/C at sight,Western union, paypal, alipay etc.

9 Q: What's the time of delivery?
A: Basic item we can send 3-5 days since we have stock lots. Some orders without stock lots we will send 12-20 days accordingly. HQ orders we will deliver 20-40 days accordingly.

10 Q: Packaging and shipping
A: Packing by roll with paper tube, outside with transparent plastic bags. Around 25-35KG/roll, Paper tube and Plastic is around 1.3-1.5kg.Of course it's also can packed accordingly to customers' request.

12 Q: How long does it take to make a sample?
A: For the stock lots fabric we can sent to you within 2-3day, for items without stock lots it's depends on specific fabric, normally will take around 12 days.

A: Polyester it's durable, wrinkle-resistant, lightweight,breathable, and non-absorbent, which means that moisture from your skin evaporates instead of being drawn into the material.
