Main Features

1) Machine adopt 3 sets servo motor to control, it can guarantee machine working very stable. 

2) Machine adopt Siemens PLC brand, through PLC to adjust parameter( include  meter, tension, blower etc). 

3) Unwinding&Rewinding device adopt 3 inch air shaft 

4)Unwinding device have EPC control, through ultrasonic sensor to correct edge of feeding , to guarantee feeding is very exact .

5) Unwinding device have automatic pneumatic loading function

6)Standard machine slitting blade adopt circular slitting blade(SKD material), but some special material and width need use Razor blade. 

7) Machine has automatic counting meter, automatic stop ,automatic alarm etc function.
