1 Q: What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% for down payment, Then T/T balance on the actual weight of ready for shipment products on the basis of the Seller's account.

2 Q: How to ensure your products is qualified?
A: The Quantity and weight of product are certified by the seller’s Inspection Certificate and the quality is certified by the Mill Taste Certificate agreed form.

3 Q: How to confirm the Acceptance of Goods and Quality Control?
A: Once the manufacturing of a batch is complete, two samples will be acquired at random by the buyer’s representatives for testing at independent labs. One sample will be sent to a lab in Seller's country and the other sample to a lab in buyer's country.
