   A: Wthin one working day upon all the details of products being clear. If something urgently, we can quote for you within 1 hour based on all details you offered.

   Q: How can I get a sample? How long will it take?

   A: The normal produce progress is that we will make a sample for your quality checking firstly.

For stock sample, we can send it free if you agree to pay the freight.

For customized sample, we'll check if it's printable after receiving your files(material & design). You are supposed to pay both the sample cost and freight.

After receiving the sample charge and all the being confirmed, the sample time will be 3-5 days and Express delivery usually needs around 4-6 days.

   Q: What is lead time for the bulk production?

   A: Normally 3-15 days. Rush order is also available.

   Q: What kinds of paper can be printed on?

    A: We have several kinds of paper material which depends on your products need. Such as the woodfree paper, art paper, kraft paper, paper cardboard, etc.

   A: When manufacturing and before shipping, the products will be strictly inspected. 

If the items are damaged when you receive, please contact us as soon as possible. If the problems are resulted from our party, we will accept return, then arrange replacement or refund.
