1.      May I know if Inlinda could support OEM or ODM service?

Answer: Sure, We Inlinda is a Top OEM&ODM Manufacturer,  have more than 10 years experiences in Manufacturing & designing Personal care product,  Beauty Skin instrument, many kinds of body massager and some hotselling items.  We do have our own R&D department. And if if you have good ideas, we could also cooperate together.

 2.      How many days it will take for the sample order and bulk order.

Answer: usually we have in stock, so 2-4 days we could send out,  for bulk orders, usually 15 days to 30 days. We could discuss. And if you need to do UPC code, label, inserts, please tell us in advance.

3.      Which payment terms is acceptable ?

Answer : Trade Assurance on alibaba, T/T , Western Union etc.

 4.      How do you ship please?

Answer: for Small order, usually by express(3-7 days), DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT; and for FBA, usually by DDP(about two weeks) including tax.

For Bulk order, we could choose by train or by sea.(usually about 30 days) 

5.      Which Certificates Do We have ?

Answer: Usually our Products are come with International CE, Rohs , ETL and FCC Certificates. 

6.      Do you provide warranty and how long is it? Any after-sale service?

Answer: All of our product are come with 13 months warranty ,And we do have very strictly QC system to control it quality during production and will double check it quality before shipment, Also if the goods have any quality issue during Warranty Time, We could offer the Free New Component or New device to replace the Broken one .
