Introduce:
This Machine main use on packaging industry;it can according customer require to slitting rewinding different specification roll. Whatever it is printed material or white material. High Speed and Accuracy is it’s advantage.
Suitable for 30-450 g/m2 Paper such as crepe paper,condenser paper,capacitor paper, bull paper, double-face adhesive tape,paper label ,plastic label,coated paper.
Main Feature:
1) Machine adopt 3 sets servo motor to control, it can guarantee machine working very stable.
2) Machine adopt Siemens PLC brand, through PLC to adjust parameter( include meter, tension, blower etc).
3) Unwinding device adopt 3 inch heavy air shaft, Hydraulic loading system
Rewinding device adopt 3 inch/6inch shaft-less, Heavy Hydraulic loading system.
4)Unwinding device have Web Guide control, through CCD sensor to correct edge of feeding , to guarantee feeding is very exact .
5)Standard machine slitting blade adopt circular slitting blade(SKD material). standard free give 10 sets
6) Rewinding device adopt Hydraulic loading system, automatic up and down and easy to control.
7) Machine has automatic counting meter, automatic stop ,automatic alarm etc function.

A: We are located in Ruian City Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province.
To Wenzhou Longwan airport by Air, from Shanghai is about 45mins, from Guangzhou is about 1hr 50mins and from Hongkong is about
2hrs. We will pick up you in the airport.
