FEP coating

· The maximum operating temperature is 230 °C.

· Continuous use temperature 200 °C.

· The sintering temperature used for the FEP coating is 360 °C.

·FEP coating is the toughest fluoropolymer, which can form a highly durable coating with excellent chemical resistance and continuous operation at 200 °C.

·FEP spray thickness 50um (liquid), mainly used for anti-adhesion, (normal use below 200 °C) PFA electrostatic powder coating thickness can range from 0.2mm to 1.0mm, generally with primer, can not be used alone, color black green The primer is a liquid, the surface layer is a powder, the liquid is sprayed with an air spray gun, and the powder is an electrostatic powder spray gun.

· Corrosion resistance: FEP is almost free from chemical attack and can protect the product from any kind of chemical corrosion.

1. What's the minimum quantity customer can order?

If we have your size in stock, we can provide any quantity you want.

If we do not have, for spool wire, we can produce 1 spool, about 2-3kg. For coil wire, 25kg.

 

2. How can you pay for small sample amount?

We have Western union account, wire transfer for sample amount also ok.

 

3. Customer do not have express account. How will us arrange the delivery for sample order?

Just need to provide your address information, we will check the express cost, you can arrange the express cost together with sample value.
