Auto Multi Cyclone Powder Spray Booth

1. The bottom of the large cyclone adopts an automatic recovery powder pump structure. The powder is recycled to the powder drum for recycling.

2. The filter adopts "rotary wing" filter cleaning system to recover the airflow homogenization design to ensure a more stable recovery airflow to ensure the cyclone separation function and prolong the working life of the over-layer. The filter element uses a high-quality, long-life nano-film filter, which lasts for several years.

3. The high-efficiency large cyclone separation device can achieve a single separation efficiency of up to 98%. The large cyclone powder room can be made of stainless steel, engineering plastic or sandwich sandwich.

4. For the powder room with a large amount of hand spray, the unequal width design is adopted to facilitate the spraying of the hand spray personnel close to the workpiece.

5. The pulse airflow cleaning device can be arranged at the bottom of the spray booth. The top arc structure is designed for easy cleaning.
