Accozymes^TM Acid Protease is a kind of high efficiency enzyme obtained from submerged fermentation ofAspergillus Niger by series of scientific methods. It can be widely used in ethyl alcohol, food, leather, detergent and biological energy source, etc.

Acid Protease is an enzyme preparation that catalyzes the enzymatic hydrolysis of proteins in acidic environments (pH 2.5-4.0). It is suitable for hydrolysis of proteins in animals and plants in acidic medium. Acid protease effects on peptide bond, and catalyzes the formation of peptides and amino acids.

• Product Standard: GB/T 23527-2009.
• Definition of Activity: One unit of enzyme acidity is defined as 1 gram solid enzyme (1mL liquid enzyme) hydrolyze casein to 1μg tyrosine in 1 minute at 40^oC and pH3.0.
• Working Temperature: 30^oC-65^oC (Effective), 40^oC-50^oC (Optimum).
• Working pH: 2.0-6.0 (Effective), 2.5-3.5 (Optimum).
• Ca²⁺, Mn²⁺ and Mg²⁺ have increasing effect on enzyme activity; Cu²⁺, Al²⁺ and Hg²⁺have inhibiting effect on enzyme activity.
