The current feeding rack is specialized for J300 Precise Rotatable Cutting Machine and J350 Precise Rotatable Cutting Machine. Our Rotatable cutting machine equipped with the current feeding rack is well-known as the Model C. Please note that this item is only the positioning side of the set of one set of Jin Wang Aluminium conveyors; however it is a more economical option for clients who don't need to process long profile.

The positioning Panel:

- The entire shape was cast, ensured to be permanently free from deformation, painted with the "Jin Wang“ logo.

- Possessing a precise linear bearing, achieving presie positioning with guide rails and moving along the guide rail smoothly.

- Unique  90° rotatable structure design; under necessary circumstance, it can flip over 90°, and avoid blocking the processing of profile that is particularly long.

Guide Rail and Supporting Block:

- Adopting high Carbon Chromium bearing steel in 20mm diameter to produce the guide rails after several intricate finishing. In the meantime of guaranteeing the material's strength, we assure the making sure the surface to be smooth so that the positioning panel can function persistent along them. The imitated products are usually made out of normal steel below 16mm diameter, and hard to assure their precision and longevity.

- All the supporting blocks adopt Aluminum alloy forged by precise mould, and both sides of the supporting blocks bear with protruding "Jin Wang“ signs.

Measuring Tape:

- Customized by reliable factory with a clear measuring scale, and its accuracy completely fulfills national standard QB/T 2443-2011;

- Different from regular measuring tape, Jin Wang's customized measuring rape's reading starts from right to left, convenient to read when operating the machine.

Supporting Stands:

- All rectangular pipes are made out of 2mm thick A3 (Q235) steel to ensure the supporting stands against deformation.

- A solid quality is ensured by solid material; the weight of the entire set of rack is 65kg, remember this number and beware of imitated prodcucts!
