Q1.Our tire is new tire or used tire?

A:We only supply new tires, no used tires. All the tyres is new produced.

 

Q2.How about the warranty?

A: Our warranty is 100,000km or one year. But under good road condition,can reach 170,000km.

 

Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery,or 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight . We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

 

Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Generally FOB, and CFR, CIF, DDU is ok

 

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A:The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

1.For stock wheels: we need 7 days to prepare cargo after deposit receipt. 

2. For production order: generally, it will take 20to 35 days after receiving your advance payment.
