FEATURES:
.1.PLC controlled, pre-plasticized by hydraulic motor, driven by full hydraulic pressure.Shoe last turn over automatically, and machine cycled automatically.
2.Parallel mold clamping mechanism is adopted, which linked with a toggle system operated by single cylinder. It’s patent for invention. Mold opening and closing more synchronous and stable.
3.Humanized Chinese and English operation interface. Accordingly to the mold requirement of each work station, the pressure, flow rate, injection volume can be setting independently.
4.Servo energy saving system is adopted, improve the plasticizing ability, low noise, energy saving and high output.
5.Equipped with mold cooling system, better for shaping, to ensure the shaping quality of the shoe sole.
6.The sequence of shoe-last pressing and mold closing can be selected. The round table is driven by a frequency converter . The speed of each work station can be adjust separately.
7.Equipped with automatic heating and thermostatic system for uppers, easy for operate, saving place.
