Dongguan Haiwei CE approved NCF-400 servo feeder automatic feeder for power press
The servo feeder machines are 4 series:
No. 1 is for 0.2-2.2mm thick metal sheet,
No. 2 is for 0.3-3.2mm thick metal sheet,
No. 3 is for 0.3-4.5mm thick metal sheet,
No. 4 is for 1.0-6.0mm thick metal sheet.
The choice ofdifferent feeders is based on your material thickness, material width etc.
Product Description
Advantages of our servo feeder than others:
1. Servo feeder can be made of pull though or push through on the basis of actual need.
2. Standard HMI operation manual language are English and Chinese, but it also can be made of local language as customer's requirements, such as Spanish, Portuguese, Polish etc(refer to the following image).
3. It can be added strip oil feeder, steel support base which pass line height can be adjusted(refer to the following image).
4. It was CE certificated. Reliable both on sequrity and actual usage etc.
5. Main configurations also can be customized. Standard configurations are YASKAWA servo motor, MITSUBISHI PLC, WEINVIEW HMI, it also can be made of full set of SIEMENS servo motor, servo drive, PLC, HMI etc or MITSUBISHI servo motor, Delta HMI etc.
6. It also can be customized to add oil feeder, steel support base convenient to adjust pass line height etc.
Machine main feature
1. The machines equip CE certificate components from world wide famous brands, all the parts have high quality and excellent safety.
2.High precision feeding: Aiming at the arrival of hi-tech industry, it is controlled by computer closed-circuit feedback system. So that the precision can maintain within +/-0.03mm.
3.Phase-style feeding function: It can input 20 groups of different feeding length, each group provides punching for 999 times to satisfy the processing and production of special products (option)
4.Manual model: It can input 3 phases manual speed, which can let used operate more easily and feed materials more accuracy.
5.High efficiency release device: It can set up release angle quickly, only mact CAM signal of and adjusted feed thickness can done.
6.Feeding length setting: Input feed length on the controller panel directly.
7.Feeding unit: The roll adopts middle-hollow style. Being light and with low inertia for electroplate. The surface hardness HRC is 60 and hard chrome plated.

1. Strip oil feeder. It was mainly used to roll lubrication oil on strips to reduce stamping die heat and improve product quality especially for deep draw products.

Q3: How do you control your machine quality?
A: For standard machines, it has been manufactured for years, there are spare parts in stock, it can be assembled immdediately, machine quality is stable.
For customized machines, it will be well designed on the basis of client's requirement and actual use. All steel part will be well machining and check precision after finishing machining. After machine finished assembly, machine will be well tested.
Q4: Can you arrange engineers to install and debug your equipment in our factory?
A: For big order and complex equipment, we will arrange our engineers come to your facotry to do commission of the equipment, or we can ask our agent staff to install the equipment for you, but it has to charge some commission fees.
For small and standard machine, it's easy to install and debug, we can guide you how to do via operation manual, online support, videos etc.
