Q1. What's the MOQ? Can I order less than MOQ?

Usually the MOQ is 30,000pcs.If you want the smaller quantity than the MOQ,

the prices have to be raised due to the freight cost.

Q2. How to get your samples?

Yes,we will send the free sample of 1-15pcs to you for test the quality.

But please provide your express account or afford the freight cost.

Q3. How many days would we get the samples?

Your will get the samples within one week upon the express,like DHL,FedEx,UPS etc.

Q4. What's the lead time if I place an order?

Usually we have the stock that can be shipped immediately,or to produce that need 10-15

days according to your order quantity.

Q5. What's the payment terms?

Usually we ask for 30% T/T deposit in advance,and 70% T/T balance before shipment.

Q7. How about the shipping?

For small orders,we will send the goods by internation express like DHL,FedEx,UPS etc,

usually it takes 3-5 workdays to arrive,it's a little expensive.If the order quantity is large,

we will ship by sea and arrive time depends on different regions.If urgent,you could select

the transport by air,but freight charge will be more expensive.
