Q3: Can you give me a discount ?
A3: Our policy is that bigger quantity,cheaper price, so we will give you discount according to your order

Q4: What is your sample policy ?
A4: Our Sample fee is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order. Sample lead time is about 5~10 days, according to different sample situation.

Q5: What is your payment terms ?
A5 : Payment terms are T/T, PayPal, e-Checking through Alibaba Trade assurance, L/C
The bulk OEM order, we need at least 35% deposit, and the balance 65% payment by B/L copy.
For the first cooperation with new customer, we need the balance 65% paid before shipping after the QC quality checking.

Q6: The shipping cost is too high; can you give me cheaper?
A6: If you can use your own shipping company, it is very welcome for us.
If you don't have, we will calculate the shipping cost for you confirm, we will use the
cheapest and safest courier. It is shipping company who ask us to pay, if they can't cheaper, then we can't give you cheaper, pls kindly understand.
