1,What's your MOQ?
Generally speaking, our MOQ is 500pcs/color/model/item
For samll quantities, if the product that you want is in stock, in this case, even one pc is OK. If the product is out of stock and you still want it, we are able to make samples for you, but the sample cost will be much higher and the lead time will be much longer than regular's, please understand.
2,How long is the production lead time?
It depends. If the product is in stock, we will send it out in 3 days. If your need customized items: For phone case series, usually it will take us 10-15 days. For power bank and wireless charger, becase of the complex processes, the lead time will be 25 days and maybe longer.
3,Are OEM/ODM order and custmized patterns/colors available?
Congratulations! We have rich experience in new product designing and development, let alone customized logo. And one of our most advantages is our moulding and engineering department.
