Product Description of PU Spray Foam Insulation Kit 

Portable, disposable and self-contained with color-coded, pre-connected hoses. Theoretical yield up to 300 board feet and provides a quick consistent flow of foam that dries in under a minute. Foam expands 30X. Touch N Seal Foam Kits are designed for use in commercial sealing, insulating, patching, and filling applications. Portable and disposable, these two-component foam systems provide a quick, consistent flow of polyurethane foam that dries in less than one minute.

• Based on ideal lab conditions, this kit has a theoretical yield up to 300 square feet using a 1" layer (1 board foot = 12" x 12" x 1"), 50 cubic feet.  - Theoretical yield is used as an industry standard to represent the size of two-component foam kits. The calculation is based upon ideal conditions, does not include blowing agent loss, and may vary according to application method or environmental factors. We cannot guarantee 100% yield on any kit; for best results, please make sure to carefully follow the application guidelines and temperature guidelines

The stated yield is the maximum coverage based on theoretical lab conditions, Your coverage results will vary based on environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and application factors such as spray technique, thickness of application or insuring proper mix of the chemicals.


• For best results The operating temperature for this kit is between 60°F - 80°F for both the ambient (surrounding) temperature and the surface temperature of the material you are applying it to. Failure to use the kit within the recommended operating temperature range may cause your kit to dispense improperly. If stored in a cold climate, you MUST warm the kit to the recommended temperature before using it. Make sure you carefully read the instructions before using this kit.
