1. Can I make 1pcs order for testing?
A:Sorry. cause our company doing distribution on alibaba, each model has different MOQ requirement. If you didn't touch these products before, we recommend to take mixed sample order for testing.
2. What is the delivery time ?
A: For sample order, normally we could deliver order in 3days.
For bulk order which more than 200pcs , pls contact our sale manager, we will confirm everything and give accurate delivery time to you !
3. Do you accept OEM order?
A: We are xiaomi smart home products distributor, sorry, didn't support OEM order.
4.How do you ship the goods ?
A:We could send goods to client's warehouse in China. also support sending by DHL,UPS,TNT,EMS etc. directly. For mass order, client could choose by sea or air , all is acceptable.
5. What about the warranty of your products?
A:We offer 1year warranty for all the products except accessories. Defective items must be returned within 7 days, all returned items must be in its original condition and packaging. Please notice that artificial damages are out of warranty.
