1.Introduction,  p PVC lacquer aluminium foil for blister packaging

Temper,Alloy: H18, 8011

Thickness:0.020mm-0.030mm(before coating).

Width: 50-600mm(according to your requirement)

Core Inner diameter:76mm

Heat sealing strength: more than 7N/15mm

Primer or OP: about 1GSM

One side coated HSL for heat sealing with PVC/PVDC for packing tablet,capsules,etc. The other side is printed or coated primer for printing

Appearance	Clear;smooth;uniform coating,no more than 3 joint-points each 1000m,marked each joint-point,surface&side  entangles tightly and neat. Tower-shaped, staggered &core falling free & severe damage are forbidden.
Width Deviation	±0.5mm
Thickness Deviation	±0.003mm
Pinhole	There are no dense, continual ,periodic pinhole. There are no pinhole with d≥0.3mm in 1m2. The pinhole with d=0.1-0.3mm≤1 in 1m2.
Printing Quality	The letter and design is correct,clear,fastness, non-fade in high-temperature heat seal process.
	Overprint precision  ±0.5mm
Protecting Layer	Non-desquamation by adhesive tape test
