1. Visually change the oil method. It is based on the experience of the maintenance personnel, according to the visual observation of some changes in the normal state of the oil - such as oil blackening, odor, milky white, etc., to decide whether to change the oil. This method depends on the experience of the actual operator.

2. Sampling test method. Periodically test the oil in the vulcanizer to determine the necessary items (such as viscosity, acid value, moisture, particle size and content, corrosion, etc.) and indicators, according to the actual measured value of the oil quality and the specified oil deterioration standard. For comparison, make sure the oil should not be replaced. Sampling time: The hydraulic system of general construction machinery should be carried out one week before the oil change period.

The hydraulic system should be sampled and tested every 500 hours, and the test results should be filled in the equipment technical file.
