This machine is mainly used for hot bending of the flat glass for car rear-view mirror, soften the glass to remodel it in a mold.The furnace shell is welded from profiles and plates,the furnace lining is made of lightweight insulation bricks and the aluminum silicate fiber is used between the shell and the liner so that it greatly reduce energy consumption, save expenses. The heating element is made by winding a high resistance alloy wire. Due to the high temperature required by the hot bending furnace, special materials are used in the high temperature area,where the temperature can reach 1100 degrees,to ensure the service life.

It is suitable for hot bending for the glass of car rear-view mirror, clock cover, pot cover etc.
