DGS-40Z automatic tapping machine is controlled by PLC and do gear drive, which finish at one stretch including feeding, clamping, tapping and unloading.
Besides, it can process workpieces with different screw pitches.The machine adopts vertical tapping, which is not easy to break the tap and runs more smoothly.
Workers only need to put the workpieces into the feed channel, so it has a lower technical requirement for workers.
Meanwhile, one worker can simultaneously operate several machines, greatly saving up the labor cost, reducing labor intensity and improving production safety.
