Product Introduction:

This machine is with four rollers structure ,which can do pre-bending and bend works at one time .The upper roller is the main driving roller, down roller and two side rollers up-and-down movement are controlled by hydraulic motor. The up-and-down displacement of the down and side rollers are controlled by PLC.Automatic leveling,display by screen , high synchronization precision can reach ±0.2MM.Turnover bearing body dumping and reset is done through hydraulic transmission. 

1.The four-roller bending machine adopts a torsion-axis synchronous structure, and the four-roller rolling machine has high precision and roundness .

2.Full hydraulic motor drive, four-roller rolling machine is environmentally and high efficiency.

3.The four-roller rolling process is completed in one time, including the works of pre-bending. It’s fast, efficient, and easy to operate,one operator can do all works .

4.With automatic alignment and clamping function, the plate will not slide and run off.

5.The four-roller bending machine has anti-overload and hydraulic protection functions.

6.It can do works of smaller diameter required by special demand .
