2:How can I get some samples?

We are honored to offer you samples for free,but the new clients are expected to pay the courier cost,and the charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

Regarding the courier cost,you can arrange a RPI(remote pick-up) service upon Fedex,UPS,DHL,etc.to have samples collected;or inform us your DHL collection account.Then you can pay the freight directly to your local carrier company.

3:Can you factory print ot paste my logo on the goods?

Yes,we can print or paste the logo on the goods or their packing box,for patent protection purpose,a letter of attorney(letter of authorization)shall be provide for the logo.We usaually porduce goods based on customer's samples or basede on customer's picture,logo,size,etc.detail information design for customers.

4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Quality is priority!So we always attach great inportance to quality controlliing from the cery beginnin to the very end.

Firstly,we have CE and ISO13485 certification,so far all the production process,we have standard rules;

Secondly,we have QC team,one is in the factory to control producing,the other is as third part,inspect the googs for out customers.Once everything is OK.Our document department can book the vesse,the ship it.

Thirdly,we have all deatiled records for nonconformaity products,then we will make summary according to these records,avoid it happen again.

Finally,we do observe the relevant for conduct & laws form government in environment,human rights and aspects like no children labor,no prisoner labor and so on.
