   Using four shafts for rewinding without stopping the machine. Equipped with 3 sections length counter, can automatically slow down and stop the machine from high speed. Penumactic control for unwinding tension , double controlled rewinding tension .Adjustable tension. Equipped with arc stretching roller that can stretch material effectively.
