Introduction of screw conveyor
The characteristics and application scope of LS screw conveyor:
LS screw conveyor (hereinafter referred to as screw conveyor) has novel structure and advanced technical indicators. Head and tail bearings move to the outside of the housing. The intermediate suspension bearings adopt two kinds of rolling and moving interchangeable structures, both of which have dust-proof sealing devices. The discharging end is equipped with a cleaning device with low noise, strong adaptability, convenient operation and maintenance, and flexible layout of import and export.


Use and installation

Scope of application:

Screw machines are widely used in various industrial fields, such as building materials, power, chemical industry, metallurgy, aluminium and magnesium, coal, machinery, light industry, food and food industries; for horizontal or less than 20 degrees of inclination, conveying powder, particles and small fast materials, such as cement, coal powder, grain, fertilizer, ash, sand, etc., material temperature is below 200 degrees C.

M1 - for rolling suspension bearings, using 80,000 type sealed bearings. The shaft cover has a dust-proof sealing structure. Usually used in areas where it is difficult to refuel, not greasy or greasy, with good sealing effect, long service life of suspension bearings, and temperature of output material less than 80 degree C (may not be specified when ordering)
M2 - Sliding suspension bearing with dust-proof sealing device. It is usually used to transport materials of high temperature (> 80 degree C) or liquid materials.
