Description

The burner is a nozzle mixer used in a variety of industrial applications.The burner USES advanced, fast mixing to produce low levels of nox and CO while maintaining high shut-off and operational flexibility.
The external blower burner is equipped with an inlet adapter and is designed for remote fan applications.
The burner has a unique balanced pressure design with the same fuel and air pressure.This feature provides easy setup and validation.In addition, balanced supply pressure provides resistance to fluctuations or disturbances in combustion chamber pressure.During the disruption, the burner ratio will remain stable and emissions controlled.

 

 

FEATURE

This burner can be used for all direct combustion air heating applications.It combines flexibility and stability to reduce NOx/CO emissions.It can be used in all air heating applications that require low nox combustion and allow excess air heating
Burners can burn above their maximum capacity, provided they provide enough burning air and gas.
Burners may exceed catalog capacity by 15% if adequate combustion blowers are used.Burner emissions will be affected by overshooting.The fuel pressure will increase physically to maintain the balance pressure of the EB burner.
Unique balance pressure design to resist unstable application pressure.During a system failure, the burner's output capacity will be affected, but the air-fuel ratio and stability will remain.The capacity of the packaged burner will be affected by the following factors: chamber pressure.
The position of the blower should be parallel to the motor only to the burner - oven flange.It is not recommended to change the position of blower emissions will be affected.

 

 

APPLICATIONS
HEATFLAM burners are designed to be used in high temperature furnaces. They are commonly applied on heat treatment furnaces, oxidizers, melting furnaces, ceramic furnaces and other high temperature applications.
