  • 12 x 6  Heavy Duty Car Transporter Tandem.

  • Frame and chassis is fully welded, these frames are not bolted.

  • Fully Hot dipped galvanized steel construction.

  • box section sides of trailer allow for many tie down points

  • Electric brakes 4 wheel braking.

  • Checker plate 2.75mm mudguards.

  • Triangle braces on mudguards, with foot steps.

  • Heavy duty full length side tie down rails.

  • Chassis: 100 x 50 x 4mm RHS, 70 x 50 x 3mm RHS and 50 x 50 x 3mm RHS. Chassis with spacing's of 300mm.

  • Draw-bar: 100 x 50 x 4mm RHS, long draw bars also make reversing easier).

  • Floor 2.75mm checker plate, fully welded not riveted.




  • Our Axle stubs are lathed into the axle (not just welded stub axles more suited to single axle trailers)

  • Axles: tandem solid Steel 50mm diameter axles, not hollow 5mm tube.

  • Wheels: 185/70R14 LT NEW TYRES and Powder coated rims.

  • Suspension: Heavy Duty Braked 3500kg 7 Leaf Eye to Eye shackle springs with Rockers, self-leveling (not cheaper slipper springs).

  • 3.5 ton  50mm Tandem Coupler Hitch With handbrake & twin heavy safety chains.

  • Jockey Wheel Heavy Duty (Folding).

  • LED light set, fitted within protective metal frame for added protection.

  • The trailer has been made with heavy gauge 4mm steel 50mm box section for the chassis at 300mm centers so there no chance of bow in trailer frame, the floor has fully welded heavy gauge checker tread plate, with front wheel bollards for safety. in the design as you can see by the photos we have balanced the trailer just right for heavy loads.

  • We have used solid steel axles not just the box section 5mm tube which is generally used we believe better suited for single axle trailers.

  • Our mudguards have checker plate end foot steps,  are so strong you can even stand on the mudguards.

  • Our trailer - fully welded not bolted together, which is ok for single axle trailers but tandems should! really be fully welded.

  • Our tandem transporter is fitted with four wheel electric braking, lets face it who wants a large trailer without brakes as without brakes you can not carry large loads, we have thought of this and brakes are standard across our range.

  • The trailer comes with a heavy duty jockey wheel as standard this makes life so much easier to remove a loaded trailer. You have the option to purchase the optional spare wheel and bracket.
