Application
QN series roundness vacuum concentrator ( concentration tank) serves to Chinese herbal medicine, western medicine, food, glucose, juice, candy, chemical engineering etc. The vacuum of the liquid concentrated, crystallize, recyle, distil, alcohol recovery etc. It is very suitable for the high viscosity and very thickness material.
Component
1. This equipments primarily contain concentration tank, condensator and gas-liquid separator. The concentration under reduced pressure brings short time of concentration and prevent the destruction of effective content in the thermal sensitive material.

3) The joint is of quick-acting type in compliance with ISO standard. The inner part is made of SUS316L or SUS304. The tanks body are respectively fluid level gauge (the mode is non-contact supersonic, static-pressure transmission or glass tube), breathing apparatus, sterilization steam opening,the thermometer (digital-indicated type or dial type), CIP universal tank-cleaning device, view mirror at lamp hole, some fluid inlets & outlets and herringbone hole.

2. How will you control the quality and delivery?
All our machines will be tested before packaging. Teaching video and packing pictures will be sent to you for checking,we promise that our wooden packaging is strong enough and safety for long delivery .
3. How to finish installing?
We can guide you through the video or photos first . If the customer need to installing on site that our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets. besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.
4. What do we do if we encounter problem about the machine ?
Showing us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem can be solved by your workers, we will send you solution by video or pictures. If the problem out of your control, our engineer will be sent to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip.
