1.Installing stainless steel sump tank and high-pressure water spray in the feeding end which could make roller clean by itself and improve cleaning impact.
2.Using gear wheel to transmit ,variable frequency speed control ,digital display,easyoperation and beneficial for conecting production line .
3.Overall lift in cleaning and drying section,max lifting height is 400 meters,easy for cleaning internal roller and maintenance.
4.Adopting three pairs of brushes to clean,the former two are raised by cylinder,the third could clean a variety of LOW-E glass.
5.Using two pairs of professionally designed air knives with strong wind force and better impact.

2500 series glass washer is specially designed for supporting various tempering furnaces and laminated glass production lines. Washable LOW- is mainly composed of four major organizations: transportation, cleaning, strong wind, and inspection. It has strong decontamination ability, cleanliness, and good air-drying effect.
Transmission support stick
The transmission system is a combination of high-carbon steel bevel gears and long transmission rods. Each transmission stick is equipped with a set of bevel gear transmission, which makes the machine's transmission stable and can display the real-time processing speed on the control panel.
Brush
According to customer requirements, a soft brush cleaning device can be purchased. The soft brush cleaning device is equipped with a cylinder on the first and second groups. The brush on the third group is a soft brush. When cleaning the scratched glass, two sets of brushes can be raised and cleaned with the final soft brush.
Water tank and pump
The water supply is provided by 3 independent water pumps and stainless steel water tanks. Three groups of galvanized water supply pipes, multiple high-pressure nozzles and brushes are used to form three small cleaning rooms to clean the glass to varying degrees. The first tank is equipped with a tank heating system.
Air knife
In the air-drying section, two sets of stainless steel special aluminum alloy air knives are installed, which has the characteristics of low noise and strong air volume. 2 sets of aluminum alloy air knives. Soundproof cotton is affixed throughout the air-drying section, which can further reduce wind noise effectively.
High-pressure fan
The air cabinet is equipped with a high-pressure fan. The air cabinet is equipped with a muffler and an air filter kit to ensure that it can provide a large amount of air, reduce noise and provide good drying results.
Light inspection
There is light inspection in the discharge section to check the quality of glass cleaning.
