· One double-screw main extrusion set.

· One single-screw sub extrusion set.
· One air bubble film forming roller (air bubble shape and size can be customized).
· One set of air bubble film forming frame with vertical dividers.
· Three automatic raw material feeder, reducing labor cost.
· One roll rewinding system, with a fixed-length meter control and a smart alarm.



Optional upgrades:

· High speed screw (capacity +20%)
· Water chiller (capacity +20%) 

· Adjustable T-die (control film width)
· Online waste edge recycler (save material)

· Perforator (easy to tear bubble film)

· Automatic cutter, rewinder and unloader
