Product Description
The testing machine is used to determine the resistance of metal materials to impact under dynamic load in order to judge the properties of the material under dynamic load. The absorption work of the sample is obtained by using the difference between the front energy of the pendulum impact and the remaining potential energy after the impact on the dial. The maximum impact energy is 150J, and a 75J pendulum is attached. The sample used is (10×10) mm. This machine has a large impact energy and is suitable for ferrous metals with high impact toughness, such as steel and its alloys.
The machine is controlled by automatic electric swing, impact and swing, easy to operate and high in work efficiency. After the sample is broken, the remaining energy is automatically lifted and ready for the next impact test. Therefore, the superiority can be demonstrated in the laboratory where the impact test is continuously performed and the metallurgical and mechanical manufacturing plants that perform a large number of impact tests.
