Q2:Is it OK to print my logo on product? 
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q3:Can I make personalized/customized products? 
A:Sure,you just send your idea and design to us,we will produce it according to your request and the artwork for your confirmation then start producing .

Q4:I need my products very urgent,how fast you can produce it? 
A:For most items,it will need only 3-7 days when in a rush.Depending on your items and quantities ,our sales will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.

Q5:Can I Change some details after order placed ? 
A: When change before production, it’s OK. When change during or after production, extra cost will be afforded by yourself if there is.

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? 
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS or FedEx. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q7 : What’s your terms of payment ? 
A :30% deposit and 70% before shipment. ATA ,T/T, Paypal, Western Union are acceptable.
