 General Descriptions:

Lifterboy vacuum lifter is specially designed for metal sheet logistics and transportation. They are mainly used for loading and unloading of metal processing equipment such as laser cutting machine and laser machine, as well as warehouse transportation of metal plates, installation of new composite materials such as metal cold storage panels, etc. It can be used with crane, forklift, manipulator, outdoor crane and other equipment, the scope of application is very wide.

 

Basic Parameters:

Voltage: 220V/380V/460V

Pressure holding time: When cut-off the power supply, with holding pressure, vacuum pressure declines from 85% to 60% over 20 minutes.

Control mode: manual valve controls vacuum to suck in or drop down.

Absorption time: less than 5 seconds (the initial absorption time is about 10 seconds at first start-up)

Release time: less than 5 seconds;

Safety factor: 2.0;

Noise Index: less than 65 decibels;

 

We use high-quality reliable vacuum pump negative pressure station as vacuum power source. Vacuum level is fully controlled automatically.

The vacuum pump is easy to maintain. The vacuum lifter equipment is equipped with 4 or 8 vacuum suckers and multi-point adsorption vacuum surfaces to ensure the lifting force on workpieces. Meanwhile lifterboy has equipped with vacuum accumulator, can hold vacuum pressure to promise also safe in case of power failure.

Flexible suction pad position by adjust the rectangular clamp. A variety of structure suction cups layout is realizable for different sizes of workpiece and all kinds of vacuum surfaces.
