A: Yes, if your quantity is below our MOQ, we also can make it. But the unit price will be a little higher than regular order. 

Q3: How can I get sample?
1.If we have stock, sample will be free, please pay for the sample freight.
2.If you need custom remote control, we will make the remote according to your requirement, please pay the sample cost + freight. But we will refund the sample fee to you when you plan the first order or you are not satisfied with our samples.

Q4: How do you test product quality during mass production?
If you have concerns about the product quality, we will send sample to you during mass production. Our products can reach CE, ROHS and FCC standards, please trust us. Thanks!

Q5: How long is your exact delivery time?
About regular order, our delivery time is 17-25days. If you need custom service, the time depends on your requirement, please contact us, then we will send exact info to you.

Q6: If remote controls broken after I get them,what kind of service you support?
