Q1: Can I place sample order first?

A1: Yes, we will quote you different prices for small, medium and large qty. You can order with different price for different qty.

Q2: How could I pay them?

A2: PayPal, Western Union and T/T are preferred, so just tell us which is easier to you. Then we will send you our bank details. Or as your requirements.

Q3: How to place the order?

A3: Please send us your purchase order by e-mailor Trade Manager or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order.

Q4: How long can I get my order?

A4: For samples, we will finish production and ship within 7~10 working days. For bulk orders, usually15~20 working days and depends on your design.

Q5: How to send us the products?

A5: We usually use DHL, UPS, FedEX to ship samples. For bulk orders, we support shipping by air or by sea.

Q6: Can you customize according to our designs and put our logo on the products?

A6: Yes, we support both standard and customized products and can put your logo on the products. Our experienced R&D team will support technical questions. ODM/OEM is welcome.
