Description
Product Model: NX-3
It is composed of naphthalene sulfonate and formaldehyde condensation.It is an unaerated water reducer. This product is powder, contains 5% sodium sulfide. This product has good adaptability to all kinds of cement and improves the maneuverability of concrete.
1. High water reduction rate, water reduction rate up to 18%-40%, it is significant in the period of early strength and enhancement effect. When 20℃, concrete age 1-3 days,concrete strength improved 50-80%, 7 days will reach the design strength grade of concrete, 28 days improved 20-40%. as the same time, the tensile, flexural and post-tensile strength will improved.
2. Good adaptability of steaming. Concrete steaming and mold release rate raising up to 40%. After 28 days steaming, concrete strength improved about 20%, and the steaming period can be shortened by one third, thus greatly reduce energy consumption.
3. Strong plasticizing function. Concrete slump can be increased from 3-5cm to 15-22cm, meanwhile to keep its good water retention and cohesion.
4. The bonding force, carbonization resistance and impermeability of steel bar were improved obviously.
5. It can save 15%-20% cement.
6. There is no adverse effect on concrete shrinkage and no corrosion effect on steel reinforcement.
Application Range
1. Preparation of high strength concrete, steamed concrete, early strength concrete, liquid concrete, sprayed concrete, high demand components, such as concrete pile, concrete pipe, etc.
2. Preparation higher grade concrete with lower grade cement.
Usage and Notes
1. Dosage is 0.5-1.5%. According to the grade of concrete, the dosage can be appropriately increased. Each batch of naphthalene series superplasticizer must be tested to meet clients’ requirements before use.
2. At low temperature, it can combine use with early-strength admixtures.
3. Porous aggregate should be mixed with water first and then with this product.
4. When slump is high, vibration time should not too long to prevent bleeding and stratification.
Packaging and Storage
This product is powder. Packed by woven bag within inner plastic bag, 25 kg/bag. Keep away from rain and moisture and keep in a dry and ventilated place. The storage life is three years. After expired,the product should be tested before use. This product is Non-flammable and non-explosive.
