Q:Are you a factory or simply a trading company?

 A: We are a true OEM/ODM factory. Please read our company profile, for more information on this issue.

Q: What are the shipment terms and delivery times of your company?

 A: Delivery / production time is directly affected by the size of the order. Also, please be aware, some factories may not advise you, but after the production delays, you might be facing a few more days delays before catching your sea or your on-board flight departures. ( might be anywhere from 3 to 7 working days). Again, depending in which season you are shipping.

Q:Can we print our Logo on the products? What is MOQ?

 A:We can print your own Logo on it as you like. There is no MOQ for stock models. For customized models will depending on your requests. Different methodes are used for logos, please ask your Key Account MGR for more information on this issue, we will surely find the right solution for you!

Q:Do you give any discount ?

 A: Prices are directly affected by the quantity. Simple ratio's, cost more to produce small qty and samples orders then larger ones. We have many ways to help our partners when starting the sample processes. Make sure to ask your Key Account MGR on how we can make you save some charges.

Q:What payment methods your company accept?

 A:We accept most oft the payment methods, but mainly accept T/T, L/C, Western Union etc.

Q: How long is the warranty time?

 A: 1 Year on the panels and 3 years on the electronic controller boards.except the human damage and force majeure factor. For a better maintenance, be sure that the players are using under normal circumstances.
