Also can be produced by titanium (TA2), nickel, zirconium, hastelloy, etc, or their cladding plate;

Or lined with PTFE, PPL, and Ni (Ni6) according to different requirements of reaction media.

Controller Device

  Controller Device is equipped with automatic or programmed PID or PLC which can achieve:

  Temperature display and control, accuracy ± 1 ℃ (or ±0.1 ℃);

  Mixing Speed ,  Pressure ,  Level ,  Flow display and control;Valve open/close control, etc.

Can realize the goal of automatic constant temperature

Other Accessories

We can design and manufacture various supporting device such as condensate return unit, the thin film evaporator&Short path (molecular) distillation receiver, condenser, etc as customer”s request.

Special requirements on stirring paddle ,equipment internal structure,reactor kettle body opening nozzles,etc can be achieved.
