PCE-ESA is a carboxylic acid grafted polymer, it is a water-soluble water-reducing compound water-reducing agent. The main characteristics are high water-reducing rate, high protection slump, high strength and low shrinkage. It can be used to prepare concrete in different strength grades, especially suitable for concrete preparation for high strength, high flow state, self-compacting, high durability, and high performance.

Technical Feature
1. High water reduction rate, water reduction rate up to 38%-40% 
2. It has obvious early strength and strengthening effect on hardened concrete. It can be increased by 70% to 100% in 1 day, by 30% to 50% in 7 days and 28 days. 
3. Fresh mix concrete has good flow-ability, no segregation and no bleeding water. It also has a good pump-ability. After concrete hardened, its appearance is smooth, with solider inside. 
4. No chlorine, low alkali, no corrosion to steel reinforcement. It is a nonhazardous, safe for both health and environment product. 
5. The air content can be adjusted according to the needs of the project. 
6. The freezing resistance, seepage resistance, carbonation resistance and shrinkage resistance of concrete are remarkably improved. It can greatly extend the service life of concrete. 
7. The product has good applicability, Suitable for various types of cement. Especially suitable for High strength, high flow and high performance concrete prepared with active admixtures such as fly ash(Coal ash), fine ore powder(ground blast furnace slag), etc.

Application Range 
1. It suitable for preparation of various high strength concrete, precast concrete components. 
2. Construction under low temperature environment, it suitable for high strength concrete, liquid concrete, self - compacting concrete and clear concrete structure (Plain concrete structure). 
3. It is especially suitable for the precast high-strength concrete components and pipe segments of expressway, railway, bridge and tunnel projects, as well as the production of large prestressed concrete beams and plates, steam curing concrete pipes and electric poles, etc.

Usage and Notes 
1. This product is colorless or light yellow liquid. The dosage can be adjusted to 0.5%-2.5% according to strength and material (based on the total weight of the rubber material). 
2. Before use, the optimum dosage should be determined according to the construction requirements, material characteristics and trial distribution. 
3. Use should be accurate measurement, to avoid large dosage error, prevent repeat filling, leakage filling. 
4. It can not be compound used with naphthalene series water reduce. While compound use with other variety admixtures , should be confirmed by the test. 
5. After concrete is poured, concrete shall be maintained in accordance with the provisions of the construction regulations. Construction in winter should comply with the winter construction regulations. 
6. The client should select the aggregate and blending materials that meet the standards. The changes in the content of sand, stone and the quality of admixtures may make a great change on product of water reduction effect.

Packaging and Storage
This product is liquid, packaging adopts 1ton/IBC tank, or 20ton/Flexitank, or 200kg/Plastic drum.
During storage, it should prevent leakage, prevent exposure, and prevent high temperature.
The storage life is one year. After expired, the product should be tested before use.
This product is non-flammable and non-explosive.
