Instruction for operation:
1. When installing the grinding wheel ,put it between two brass-sleeves on the transmission-shaft,then use spanner to fix the transmission-shaft and screw the nut.
2. Different depth of nicks can be obtained by adjusting the control screw:Turning the screw clockwise will reduce the depth of nick,contrary,the depth will increase.
3. The depth of nick should be determined by cutting-dies ,otherwise,will cause abnormal wear on the grinding wheel.
4. The switch on the tail of the device can control the speed of motor,and it can control the mothor start or stop as well.
5. When grinding nicks,use locating-device to position the machine on the top of cutting rules,then press the grinding wheel towards the blade of cutting rules stably and quickly
