- For Existing models which we have in stock, the moq is 2-10pcs.
- For OEM/ODM order with custom logo, the MOQ depends on different models. Generally, 300-500 pcs
3) What's the delivery time?
- For Watches in stock, the delivery can be arranged in 5-7 days after the order is confirmed and payment
is done.
- For OEM/ODM orders, the delivery time depends on which model you have ordered. Generally, the lead time is around 30~90 days due to your detailed request.
4) How about shipping methods?
- If you have a courier in China, goods can be sent to your courier after payment.
- If you have no cooperated courier, we will check the shipping details and cost for you after your final order is confirmed.
5) How about your products quality?
- Our watches are at least 3ATM water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine.
- Our watches are vacuum plated. you can choose the plating methods and negotiate with us.
- For OEM or ODM watches, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements. It can comply with CE&RoHS, Nickle free, etc. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery.
6) How long is your warranty time?
- Normally is one to two years.Details can be checked on details page or negotiate with us.
7) Do you accept PayPal?
- We don't accept Paypal. Mostly we accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Secure payment on Alibaba.
8) What's your payment terms?
- For watches in stock, generally, our buyers will arrange full payments in advance as delivery will be
arranged within 5 to 7 days.
- For OEM or ODM order with custom logo, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance and shipping cost before delivery.
