Product Application

Raido frequency edge gluing press combines the high frequency heating with 2 direction pressing press, is suitable for finger joint or edge glued board jointing or gluing the rim of solid wood door or other wooden block gluing.

CHARACTER

1. Heating in 1-3 minutes, HF power in magnetic field only acts on water or moisture in glue.
2. Perfect gluing, strong vertical hydraulic pressure keeps the glued board flat, side hydraulic pressure can be adjusted according to different thickness and hardness.
3. Kill worm and bacteria, there is water in worm and bacteria, high frequency power heats and kill them directly.
4. Unifom humidity, high frequency dielectric power can balance moisture in wood board, and make glue solidify in seconds to avoid of deformation.

WORKING PROCESS

Place the glued wood slats into the feeding table, starts RF edge gluer, feeding cart will push the slats to the curing table, PLC gives signal to the hydraulic, top press plate presses down to make the wood slat flat and uniform, then back pusher pushes in to make the wood slats well glued, high frequency power starts automatically to heat the glue according to set time, after heating finish, pressure keep and HF stop, system starts the program of cooling, after cooling, back pusher move back, top plate raise, one cycle finish. When the second feeding starts, the finish panel or board is pushed out of curing table and fall to outlet table, then the second gluing cycle starts.

1.What is your price term and payment term?

We offer FOB, CIF, CNF EXW price, we accept TT/LC or other negotiate.
In stock: 100% payment;
Not in stock: 30-40% deposit for confirm the order, rest is paid before shipment, some customized machine may need 50% deposit. 

2.How long for delivery?

Some standard machine or commercial machine, always in stock, for high value machine or customized machine, may takes 30-40days production. 

3.After sale and warranty?

Most machine got 1 year warranty except some consumption spare, all spare within warranty period is free for change, in the condition that machine is running according to the manual book(saga got rights for explain).

4.Installation for complex machine.

We have 20 years of experience for installation all over the world for big and complex machine, customer response for food and living as well as transport, some area may be served by our agent. For commercial machine, we will do our best to offer installation guiding video.

5.Free spare parts for change.
