This architectural cladding panel is contructed using an aluminium honeycomb substrate and faced with a thin laminate of natural or artificial stone. Aluminium honeycomb was original developed for use in the aerospace industry for its combination of strength, durability and low weight.Our Natural stone honeycomb panels are composite panels made up of a thin natural solid stone veneer reinforced with an aluminum honeycomb backing.Natural stone veneer + Aluminum sheet / Fiber glass sheet + Aluminum honeycomb core + Aluminum sheet / Fiber glass sheet. Wanlong Stone has considerable advatages over traditional solid stone cladding. Lower Cost, Lower weight, Shorter programme, safer installation. Also, the panels can be formed curved either convex or concave.

Weighting round 8kg/m2 – 20kg/m2, Wanlong stone compostie panels provide remarkable savings in tranportaion(more pieces in one container), installation time, installation skil required, labour cost and strucutral requirements.
2. High impact strength:60 times greater than 30mm granite;
After reinforced by aluminum honeycomb grid, the composite panels' intensity of bending resistance, fracture resistance are improved obviously, lowering the damage rate of transportation, installation and using process.
3. Good hurricane resistant performance, wind load capacity and high intensity;
Due to their high intensity, our honeycomb stone panels can be flexed which makes it become one choice for seismic conditions ( such as earthquake areas).
4.Resistance to discoloration;
Compoisite panel can prevent discoloration, because it has stronger base, which separate water and corrosion matter. In such way, discoloration caused by contact of natural stone and wet air can be prevented.
