2:The product is widely applied to industry filter materials, sound absorbing materials and bedding's, clothing materials, tourism supplies; mattress and sofa cushion cotton for civil uses.
3: Production process: A percentage of polyester staple fiber ,hollow staple polyester(or natural wool fiber) and low melting point fibers be opened and blended by opener, then carded and lapped with required thickness, and set by the process of drying and setting.
4:Products feature: good permeability, good warmth retention property, lightweight sound absorbing, high resilience, aging resistance, washable, clean with no harmful substances.

Opener machine →Main Opener→Cotton Feeder→Carding Machine→Cross Lapper→ Oven machien →ironing machine →Automatic Slitter and
Winder→recyline opener machine
