Q1:Can you offer free sample?

Yes, we can. But to be sure we are serious about this business, we will charge sample cost firstly, and we will deduct the amount from your payment once you give us order.

Q2:How long time it will take for sample?

We can ship out the sample immediately once it confirmed,and we can choose DHL,TNT,FEDEX,EMS,SF as you want.

Q3:Do you have MOQ?

We have no MOQ for ZUCON packing or netural packing. But we have quantity requirement for OEM.

Q4:What is the delivery time for normal order?

 For order with ZUCON package or netural package,we can deliver out immediately after confirm the payment. For OEM order with customer LOGO on products but netural package ( including put sticker on box), 3--5 working days is enough.  For OEM order with customer LOGO on both products and box,it will take 7 to 9 working days.

Q5:Can you provide after-sale technical support?

Sure. We will support you very well with our years after-sale support experience.

WARRANTY :

We offer two years warranty for all our products(but we will not take responsibility for any artifical damaged products)
