DESCRIPTION:
E6011 is a special carbon steel electrode for vertical downward welding with high cellulose potassium coating. AC and DC dual purpose, it has the characteristics of beautiful shape and high welding efficiency during vertical downward welding. Welding rod swing should not be too wide, and the arc height should be appropriate
APPLICATION:
Suitable for butt joint, corner joint and lap welding of thin plate structures, such as low-carbon steel structure of power
station flue, air duct, transformer mailbox, hull and vehicle outer plate
ATTENTION:
1. Generally welding electrode do need to bake before using
2. If damped,the electrodes should be baked for 0.5-1hour at the temperature of 150-170℃
