1 QGQ750 automatic air freshener aerosol spray can filling line is suitable for all typical aerosol prodcuts manufacturing covering house care, personal care, health care, car care and other industries. Optional working stations such as valve inserting, weight checking, water bath leakage testing, actuator pressing and cap pressing are optional for customer depending on budget. All the parts that will contact material are made of stainless steel 316 by CNC machine to guarantee an accurate filling.consist of cans arranging machine, rotary liquid filling machine, valve inserting machine, rotary sealing and gas filling , automatic weight checker, water bath, nozzle presser, cap presser, ink jet printer, packing table, etc.

The turntable will choose valves automatically, the valves will be sent to producing line from the pipe productivity. Under the air power, putting the valves and press them on the can tightly. This machine has good capping quality, it saves labors and increase the working efficiency.

Automatic crimping & gas filling machine are an independent table device. It has one set of valve sealing head and filling heads, also equip with pressure boosters, gas storage tank . All air control operation, which are all SMC brand. Sealing heads has automatic locking device to stabilize sealing size. Will not filling gas if there are no cans there in filling heads.

This machine adopted advanced weighing sensor, Siemens PLC controlling system and Schneider low-voltage apparatus; the whole machine is fully explosion-proof, and with the function such as adjustable stepless motor, human-computer dialogue interface, related fault and waiting for feeding indicator, it could detect the weight of each finished can, and reject the unqualified can automatically.

The machine has an explosion proof motor and is equipped with an automatic overload breaker to guarantee the safety running. The explosion proof electric heating tubes installed in the water tank can quickly heat up the water to a desired temperature and automatically control the temperature. The hanging jig is tightly clamped and won't be dropped off. The machine is attached with the automatic all-drying device.
