Nattokinase (NK)

Nattokinase is a serine protease produced by Bacillus subtilis l natto during natto fermentation. It was discovered in 1980 that natto consists of 275 amino acids in a fixed arrangement with molecular weight of 27724. Its activity is expressed by the intrinsic unit FU.
