construction method:

PVC waterproof membrane construction method: Mechanical fixation method, fully-adhered method and border adhesion method. Regularly the joints connecting will adopts the technique of hot air welding or special adhesive bonding glue.
The PVC membrane of CNPW requires to use the matched tools and follow the construction standard to ensure the construction quality.

Process flow:

Base surface cleaning → prelaying PVC waterproof rolling material → hot-air welding of PVC waterproof rolling material → strengthening treatment of joints → inspection and dressing → organization and acceptance

Welding process of PVC coil:

When adopting welding technology, welding nozzle and welding direction into a 45° Angle, press roll and welding nozzle parallel and maintain about 5mm distance, using the welding nozzle width of 20mm small nozzle welding, generally for two, welding temperature control at the 6th level, each to welding width of 15mm~20mm.It is advisable to use a large nozzle with a width of 40mm for welding. The welding temperature should be controlled at the 7th level and the welding width should be 25mm. It is not advisable to roll too fast.The welding edge should have the molten material overflow, but should not appear the scorch phenomenon.
